![]() ![]() Even though they said the gem was covered on the warranty, they refused to do repairs. Mind you, we only wanted the GEM fixed, not the replating. As in they can't replace the gem because they would need to do the replating and fix the prongs to do so (all of which is under our warranty they couldn't spend more than five minutes trying to help us find). The whole conversation felt as though they couldn't be bothered with us, and we were just told that the store manager 'talked to service' (not from her own mouth) and they couldn't work on any part of the ring because they didn't do 'half services'. We had to go back into the store to ask what was going on. Okay? So we called the store manager, she said she would call the service center and get back to us. However a few days later we got a call from the workshop saying that they couldn't work on the ring due to no warranty being attached to it. Since we were told we wouldn't be charged we said yes to both even though we were more concerned about the gem being fixed. After looking for a few minutes, the clerk (Brittany, I think) assured us we could still get the repair done at no charge (see pic) while another asked if we wanted to get the ring replated as well. Problems started when our warranty had apparently disappeared into thin air. We've done this before (at a different store) with no problem. We went in to get the gem on my ring fixed as it had chipped. If you're going here to get anything repaired, you might want to reconsider. ![]()
